Terms of Use

1. Services

SkyBrand LLC provides digital branding, design, and web development services, categorized into the following plans:

• Logo & Branding: Basic Plan ($190), Advanced Plan ($390), and Brand Identity ($890).
• Packaging & Other: Premium Pack ($1,500), Brochure ($1,500), and Brochure Plus ($1,500).
• Custom Services: Brochure VIP (21+ pages) via custom quote.

2. Orders & Payments

• All payments must be made in full before work begins.
• Work will not commence until payment is successfully received and verified.
• All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
• Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery estimates vary by package:

• Basic Plan: 2 days delivery.
• Advanced Plan: 7 days delivery.
• Premium Pack: 3–5 weeks delivery.

Timelines begin only after the client completes the required intake form.

4. Revisions

Revision allowances are strictly tied to the purchased plan:

• Basic Plan: Limited to 2 revision rounds.
• Advanced, Brand Identity, & Premium Plans: Include unlimited revisions to fine-tune the chosen concept.

Revisions apply only to the selected design direction. Entirely new concepts requested after the initial phase may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Transfer of Ownership: Full ownership of the final approved logo and branding assets transfers to the client only after full payment and final file delivery.
• Source Files: Vector/source files and printable files are included in all plans.
• Portfolio Rights: SkyBrand LLC reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is specifically requested and agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, brand names, and feedback in a timely manner.
• SkyBrand LLC does not verify trademark availability; the client assumes full responsibility for legal clearance of their brand name.

7. Website Development (Brand Identity & Premium Pack)

• Platforms: Websites are created using WebFlow or Shopify.
• Scope: Includes UI/UX design, development phase, and a tutorial on how to update the site.
• Maintenance: Future updates or maintenance after the tutorial phase are subject to additional service fees.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only eligible before the initial design concepts are delivered. Once work has been presented, the service is considered partially rendered and fees become non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.

9. Client Inactivity

If a client fails to respond or provide feedback for 30 consecutive calendar days, the project may be marked as "Complete" due to inactivity, and any remaining work or refunds will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

SkyBrand LLC is not liable for business losses, lost profits, or trademark disputes arising from the use of the delivered designs. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
